Farmworker housing
An affordable housing project for farm workers set in the small town of Guadalupe, CA. This site offers 38 units ranging from 1 - 3 bedrooms and uncovered parking. The project is set to achieve LEED Platinum standards, a new benchmark for our client. The original style of the project was going to be a "Bermuda" style, but after working with some budgetary and location concerns with the client, we settled on a classic farmhouse style instead.
